Community Standards

• No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, hate, discrimination or sexual exploitation.
• No encouragement of violence, self-harm, dangerous workplace conduct or illegal activity.
• No retaliation against a person who reports misconduct, raises a workplace concern or uses an appeal right.

• Jobs, businesses, qualifications, availability, time, attendance, leave, pay and contract information must be truthful.
• No recruitment fraud, advance-fee scams, unlawful discrimination, wage evasion or misleading work conditions.
• Businesses must use human review for significant employment decisions and must not rely solely on rankings, reliability indicators, leaderboards or scheduling automation.

• Do not publish, request, trade or infer another person’s phone number, credentials, identity documents, location or private communications without authority.
• Do not impersonate another person or business, coordinate fake engagement, manipulate ratings or evade a block or suspension.
• Do not scrape profiles, jobs, messages or business data, or use Hiruu data to build unrelated surveillance or advertising profiles.

• Only share content you have the right to use. No malware, spam, scams, sexual abuse material or content that unlawfully exposes personal data.
• Reports must be sincere and focused on a suspected violation. False or retaliatory reports are prohibited.
• Do not probe, bypass or abuse security, verification, payment, ranking, scheduling or moderation systems.

In chat, use the message or conversation menu to report content or a user, and use Block to stop direct interaction. On a profile or listing, use its actions menu and choose Report. Include the reason and only the evidence needed for review.

A report goes to moderation handling. Hiruu records the outcome, limits reporter information, notifies affected users when safe and lawful, and provides an appeal route for an enforcement decision. Blocking is available alongside reporting and does not replace a report where safety action is needed.

Hiruu considers severity, context, history, intent and risk. Proportionate action can include content removal, reduced visibility, warning, feature limits, suspension or termination. Serious illegal or safety matters may be preserved or referred as required by law.
