Moderation appeals

Use the Appeal action in the moderation notification when available. If you cannot access it, email [email protected] with the subject “Moderation appeal”. Include the account email, the decision or report reference, what you believe was misunderstood and any concise supporting context. Never send a password.

• Email a moderation appeal

• The applicable Terms and Community Standards version.
• The reported content or conduct, relevant context and available evidence.
• Whether the original action was proportionate and whether new information changes the result.
• Whether privacy, safety, fraud prevention or legal limits affect what Hiruu can disclose.

A reviewer conducts a fresh assessment and should not rely solely on an automated signal. Hiruu notifies the appellant of the outcome and restores content or access when an action cannot be supported, subject to legal and safety restrictions.

Use the report action in chat, on a profile or on a listing for a new violation or safety concern. Use the appeal process only to challenge a Hiruu enforcement decision that affects you.
